Our mini split installation process
1) Mini Split Estimate Process
Getting quotes can be difficult and time consuming. We collect high level information in order to provide you with a price range.
After you review the range, we’ll come out and provide a free, no obligation estimate good for 20 days.
Estimates are straightforward and right to the point. We’ll review the job specifics, take pictures, collect measurements, and discuss your specific options.
By installing and selling all brands of ductless mini split equipment, we are able to select the perfect system for each customer. Customer rebates are a major consideration when we design your new ductless mini split system.
That’s it! We will take your details and put together the perfect system balanced around what you want and your space needs. Most estimate appointments take 30 – 45 minutes. Some estimates can be provided on the spot, while others may take up to 2 business days in order to locate equipment.
2) Approval & Scheduling
We hope you make the right choice and choose All Set. After you select “Approve Estimate” button, we get to work scheduling your ductless installation and ordering materials.
3) Mini Split Installation Process
The best way to prepare for our arrival is to clear out the areas where we’ll be working.
Once on site, we get right to work installing your new system. We’ll be making some noise and a bit of a mess but don’t worry, we pick up after ourselves.
After your new system is installed and tested, we’ll review any specifics with you. And that’s it. Professional installation will ensure your ductless mini split system provides year around comfort for many years.
4) Payment Options & Warranty
For your convenience, we offer flexible payment options.
It’s no surprise that a properly installed HVAC system will outperform one poorly installed. We’re confident in our product and, as a result, don’t mind sharing some of the breakdown risk.
We offer a 1-Year Standard Warranty on Parts & Labor. If our repair fails to keep you comfortable up to one year after installation, All Set will make unlimited attempts to find a solution, up to and including replacing the new part or refunding 100% of the purchase price.

Shortly after installation, we follow up with you for any questions or concerns regarding your ductless mini split.
