I have used Alan twice. The first time my tenant called me because the furnace pilot wouldn’t stay lit and they had no heat. I was heading out of state the next day and would be gone for over a week so as you can imagine this was the last thing I needed. Alan came out at 8pm and fixed it so my tenant had heat and I could take a much needed vacation without worrying about it. He even had the replacement part on his van! The second time I used Alan was for another No Heat call. Alan not only fixed the issue but he also replaced the thermostat and bled the system to make sure it was done right.
